Most dental offices aren't set up to handle the kind of volume needed to buy implants in bulk. Since our dentists use our service to fill empty chairs, they're performing many more implant procedures than your typical dentist, which means not only is it cheaper, but the dentist is highly experienced.

Because of this, most dentists are still charging between $4,500 and $6,000 per implant. Our participating dentists have all agreed to offer the implant post, abutment and crown for a maximum of $1,995 each (additional charges such as extractions or bone grafting may apply depending on your situation).
